@WhatMikeEats Cookbook –
I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade and nutrition has always been a passion of mine. I am a personal trainer ,nutrition expert, and retired professional natural physique athlete. I’ve spent many years finding good recipes and developing them into great tasting, high protein, healthier versions.

Now I’m inviting you into my kitchen and giving you access to 101 of my all time favorite recipes!

The @WhatMikeEats Cookbook contains 101 healthy and delicious recipes that are high protein, (30g or more), and easy to prepare in 30 minutes or less. These recipes have no gluten, no soy, no added sugar, and no artificial BS.
I’ve already helped thousands of people live healthier lives through nutrition, and now with the @WhatMikeEats Cookbook, it’s your turn!

Chicken & Avocado Soup

This hearty soup provides 31g of muscle building protein, 4g of fiber, and only 220 calories. It’s perfect for a rainy day or as an appetizer (1/2 portion). The avocado adds a creaminess while the Sriracha sauce kicks the flavor up a few degrees! If you are a fan of soup you definitely need to try this one!

Baked Chicken Tenders with Hemp Seed Crust

This healthier baked alternative to the classic chicken fingers will leave you licking your fingers and begging for more! The hemp seeds and almond meal make up the breading and provide a whooping 10g of fiber per serving! These go great with an organic honey mustard or even a brown spicy mustard! Serve them up at your next party or gathering for a great healthy finger food.

Steak with Spicy Beans and Tomatoes

For me it doesn’t get much better than a big juicy steak, except when you add some spicy beans and tomatoes into the mix! This hearty meal will fill you up with 44g of protein and 9g of fiber while also providing 24g of healthy omega 3 fats (if your beef is grass fed). So download the cookbook, fire up the grill, and enjoy!

Triple Berry Oatmeal Bowl

This isn’t your average bowl of oatmeal…this one is packed with 50g of protein! The greek yogurt and berries give you a berries and cream taste while the oatmeal is adding slower digesting complex carbs to keep you fueled up. This is great as a replacement for the bagel or cereal most people eat for breakfast or an awesome pre workout meal.

High in Protein – 30g+ Per Servings

Protein is great. Protein helps you build muscles, lose fat and feel full longer. Protein helps increase bone density and helps you sleep better which aids in your recovery. The @WhatMikeEats Cookbook’s recipes all contain 30g or more of high quality protein. These recipes will fill you up, fuel your muscles, and help you lose fat.

Fast and Easy – 30 Minutes or Less

These days people are always on the go and there never seems to be enough time in the day. Eating healthy should be a priority but most people either don’t know how to cook healthy meals or don’t have the time. All too often, dinner comes in a bag handed to you through your car window or it’s something you pop in the microwave; both are unhealthy options that are undermining your health. It doesn’t have to be this way; every recipe in the @WhatMikeEats Cookbook is healthy and nutritious and can be prepared in 30 minutes or less, and you don’t have to be Emeril to make them. Time is a limited resource. Why spend more of it than you have to in the kitchen?

No Gluten, No Soy, No Added Sugar, No BS

The @WhatMikeEats Cookbook doesn’t contain any of the following ingredients: gluten, soy, added sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, artificial colors, or preservatives. All of the foods used in each recipe are natural, whole, and organic (if possible).

Less Than 25¢ Per Recipe

The @WhatMikeEats Cookbook contains 101 healthy, high protein, and delicious meals that are easy to cook and cost less than a quarter per recipe. Healthy eating isn’t expensive; it’s actually much cheaper than eating out. And, with my recipes, time is not a factor because everything is prepped and cooked in 30 minutes or less.
